Privacy and data protection
In one sentence: what you leave on this site is used so your local franchise can handle your enquiry — and nothing else.
Who we are
Amoblamientos Reno (Bv. Belgrano 847, Álvarez, Santa Fe, Argentina) manufactures kitchens, wardrobes and walk-in closets and runs a network of franchises across the country. This site is the showcase for the brand and its franchises.
What data we collect and why
When you fill in the contact form we ask for your name, a phone number and, if you wish, an email. We use these for one thing only: so that your local franchise can get in touch about your enquiry and support you through your project.
We ask for nothing more than that, we do not buy third-party data to build out a profile of you, and we do not use your data for anything other than handling your commercial enquiry.
Who sees your data
Your enquiry enters Reno’s management system and is assigned to the franchise responsible for your area. It is seen by Reno Fábrica and that franchise — not the whole network: the system keeps each franchise’s data isolated.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties. The technical providers that keep the site running (hosting, messaging) only process data on Reno’s behalf.
How long we keep it
For as long as your enquiry or your commercial relationship with Reno is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick it back up if you return. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see your rights, below).
Cookies and measurement
To understand how many people visit the site we use, at most, Plausible: an analytics tool that does not use cookies or track you across sites. That is why we do not show you a cookie banner — there is nothing to accept.
If in the future we add third-party campaign measurement (for example, the Meta pixel), this notice will be updated to say so in plain terms.
Your rights (Law 25.326)
You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@amoblamientosreno.com. We respond within the timeframes set by law.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip), the supervisory body for Law 25.326, handles complaints and claims regarding breaches of personal data protection rules.
Security
The site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), the system that stores your enquiry logs who accesses what, and each franchise’s data is isolated from the rest at the database level.
